It took me a total of 10 minutes at most to download, sign up, choose my cookies and pay for it. I made my first purchase on the morning of Independence Day. I am so incredibly fortunate & happy that my first experience of purchasing a Crumbl cookie was done through the app. It is just a great idea, great cookies, great experience, and always have had great service at the Holmdel NJ location. Besides us having the biggest sweet tooth ever that draws us into getting the best, most soft, cake like cookie. It is a little escape and excuse each week to make sure we go together no matter how chaotic life can be sometimes.
It bonds my daughter and I that we have something we look forward to doing together every week and spend time together when life gets so busy. My daughter and I look forward to go to Crumbl every week/bi-weekly after our gymnastics class to get a surprise of the new favors and try a new one each time. It makes us step out of our comfort zone and try favors we wouldn’t normally gravitate too if it was always every favor just picking out “go to” favor. It makes it super fun for all ages to come and get to try something different every week. Like Crumbl makes enjoying a cookie, an experience making memories enjoying something new each and every time. Bakerys that we all love and have incredible cookies/pastries get busy for holidays and events but knowing that you can get anything at any time doesn’t bring people in weekly/monthly.
